ABOUT YOUR PHYSICIAN

Dr. Patrick J. Voswinkel grew up in Charlotte NC and attended St. Andrew College Laurinburg NC, B.S., Biology. Continuing his medical education at UTESA School of Medicine Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Completing his Internship and Residency program at University of Arkansas of Medical Sciences and attaining his credentials in Family Practice in 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he was an active duty staff physician at Patrick Air Force Base/Space Command, FL.

In 1997 he was recruited by PROMINA Gwinnett Medical Physicians Group and relocated to Georgia with his spouse and two children. Working locally for several years with PROMINA then Dedo Family Medicine in Lilburn, GA, before opening his own practice here in Johns Creek in April, 2006.

Dr Voswinkel is Board Certified (and recertified twice) by the American Board of Family Practice, Fellow of American Academy of Family Physicians. Was awarded the AMA Physicians Recognition Award 2006.
